Welcome to the Gayborhood
Meantime, it appears I've been living in the gayest apartment complex in town, and I didn't even know it until recently (although the leasing agent who checked me in a couple years ago was pretty flaming, so maybe that should have been an indication). I've recently met two good-looking homos who live nearby. One is a cute med student with a country accent who lives in my buidling; the other is a retail manager who lives in another building across the parking lot. Both have expressed an interest in getting to know me better, which is exciting. Although that leaves me playing a delicate balancing act to make sure I don't piss off Sales Guy if I end up playing doctor with Country Med Student. Or vice versa. Since they both know where I live. Haha.
There's also one more homo in the complex. It happens to be a guy I went on a date with last summer when he lived out of town. He, like many others before him, lost interest and stopped communicating with me. And now he lives in the very same apartment complex. I haven't actually run into him yet (it's a big complex, thankfully), I actually found this out through Country Med Student, who had met him previously. Still, funny how it all works out.
